Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with a strong focus on ROC (Registrar of Companies) related work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various compliance tasks, including company incorporation, ROC filings, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role will involve handling Income Tax and GST calculations and filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of ROC (Registrar of Companies) related work, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.

• Handle company incorporation processes from start to finish, including documentation and submission.

• Prepare and file various ROC forms and documents, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant regulations.

• Perform accurate calculations for ROC filings, including stamp duty and other statutory fees.

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and entities.

• Conduct Goods and Services Tax (GST) calculations and ensure timely and accurate GST filings.

• Maintain meticulous records of all filings and communications with regulatory bodies.

• Stay updated with changes in company law, tax regulations (Income Tax and GST), and other relevant statutes.

• Assist in other accounting and financial tasks as required by the firm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in ROC filing and calculation.

• Proven knowledge and practical experience in company incorporation procedures.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with ITR (Income Tax Return) calculations and filing.

• Proficiency in GST (Goods and Services Tax) calculations and filing.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
