Job Title: Sales & Accounts Executive

Location: Marol Marwa, Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Interview Type: Walk-in Interview

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Coordination:

Attend incoming calls from clients and handle service/product inquiries professionally.

Respond to client emails and WhatsApp messages in fluent English.

Draft proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain CRM or client communication records.

Accounts & Billing:

Prepare and manage bills, tax invoices, and quotations.

Handle GST returns, TDS, and basic taxation tasks.

Maintain company accounts using Tally or other software.

Coordinate with CA for monthly/quarterly filings.

Bank reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and petty cash handling.

Candidate Profile:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / Equivalent (Account/Commerce background preferred)

Experience: 2 to 4 years in similar role (Sales + Accounts)

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Gmail & Google Drive

Proficiency in Tally or any accounting software

Understanding of GST, billing, invoicing, tax documentation
