We are looking for an MIS cum Accountant to join our client at VileParle East. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

MIS Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

• Maintain and update company databases and dashboards.

• Automate recurring reports for better efficiency.

• Collaborate with various departments to collect and verify data.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, invoices, and reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly closing activities.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and Tally/ERP software.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for MIS reporting.

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Accounts and MIS reporting.

• Knowledge of Tally ERP, SAP, or similar accounting software is a must.
