Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in data entry and updating financial records in accounting systems.
2. Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and spreadsheets.
3. Help in processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
4. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as posting journal entries.
5. Maintain organized financial documents and filing systems.
6. Work closely with the finance team to support month-end and year-end processes.
7. Carry out other finance-related administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
