Job Summary:
We are looking for an Account Executive with good knowledge of Tally to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall accounts operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Record all financial transactions including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments
Prepare and maintain GST records (sales, purchase, returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Handle bank entries, bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
Maintain petty cash and expense records
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents
Ensure proper filing of bills, vouchers, and documents
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Follow company accounting policies and compliance requirements
