Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in Mumbai. The Back Office Employee will handle back-office operations, maintain records, provide customer support, and assist in administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include supporting finance and sales teams by processing data and ensuring smooth internal workflows.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Back Office Operat
ions, including data management and documentation
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic understanding of Finance processes and the ability to support related tasks
Experience or familiarity with Sales support activities
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, tally)
Familiarity with the organic products industry is a plus
Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
