Job Opening: Warehouse Accountant

Company: Parekh Textiles Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Medchal, Hyderabad
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
Age Limit: 20 to 30 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record all incoming and outgoing material stock in the company system/app in real time.

• Ensure all stock entries are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with internal inventory procedures.

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to verify quantities, delivery notes, and dispatch documents before system entry.

• Prepare and share daily reports on material movement and stock status.

• Assist in periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences between physical stock and system records.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and stock adjustments.

• Support preparation of monthly inventory and financial reports.

• Identify and suggest improvements in warehouse processes and reporting systems.
