📌 Job Description – Accountant

Company: Neelgiri Machinery Global Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Rohini Sector 10, Delhi
Position: Accountant
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Documentation

• Prepare and manage sales and purchase bills.

• Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.

• Ensure timely submission and verification of bills.

2. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounts in Tally/Excel.

• Record all financial transactions accurately.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers.

3. Filing & Compliance

• Handle GST filing, TDS filing, and other statutory compliance documentation.

• Maintain proper filing (soft & hard copy) for audits.

• Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting.

4. Payments & Follow-ups

• Coordinate with vendors regarding payment status.

• Follow up for pending payments as required.

• Assist in preparing payment schedules and reports.

5. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams for bill clearance and supporting documents.

• Support management with financial data and reports.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting.

• Knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

• Good command over MS Excel.

• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

• Ability to organize files and maintain accurate financial records.

🔹 Additional Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Job Type: Full-time

• Joining: Immediate or as soon as possible
