Responsibilities:
• Maintain accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS.
• Manage vendor bills, bank reconciliations, and audits.
• Search, review, and submit tenders on GeM/e-procurement portals.
• Prepare technical & financial bids with all supporting documents.
• Coordinate for EMD, BG, and post-tender processes (LOA, contracts, orders).
• Keep records of tenders, MIS reports, and compliance documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate in Commerce/Business (B.Com/BBA/MBA).
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts & tendering.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office, and e-tender portals.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and government tender process.
• Good communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.
