Job Title: Accountant (with Tally Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant proficient in Tally to manage and maintain financial records, perform data entry, and support the finance department with accurate and timely accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare sales, purchase, and expense entries

• Generate GST reports, TDS entries, and handle tax filings

• Bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance

• Prepare financial statements and assist in audits

• Handle payroll processing and journal entries in Tally

• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and taxation laws

• Generate MIS reports and provide support during financial closing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Strong MS Excel skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Tally (Tally Academy or equivalent)

• Experience in inventory management or payroll through Tally

• Knowledge of E-way bills, GSTR filing, etc.
