Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant Cum Documentation Specialist, located in South Extension, Delhi, India. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, such as preparing financial records, reconciling accounts, and generating reports. Additionally, the role involves handling various documentation processes, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Effective collaboration with various departments and accurate data entry are key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

• Accountancy skills: Financial accounting, account reconciliation, and financial reporting skills

• Documentation skills: Record maintenance, documentation compliance, and data entry skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work: Precision and thoroughness in handling financial records and documentation

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Handle both Accounting & Recruitment Documentation tasks simultaneously

• Prepare and organize candidate documentation for overseas recruitment

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth documentation flow

• Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and documentation protocols

• Strong multitasking and time management skills
