We are looking for an Chartered Accountant to join our team at at Talent Compliance India Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹50000 - ₹60000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Chartered Accountant with more than 1 years of experience in Internal Audit and Statutory Audit. The role involves planning, execution, and reporting of audit assignments, covering both process/internal audits and financial/statutory audits. The candidate will get exposure to diverse industries, risk management practices, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Internal Audit & Risk Advisory

• Plan and execute internal audits across business cycles (O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R, Treasury, Capex, etc.).

• Perform walkthroughs, risk assessments, and testing of controls.

• Prepare SOPs, Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), and compliance trackers.

• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements.

• Support clients with ERP/system audit observations and compliance with regulatory laws.

🔹 Statutory Audit & Assurance

• Execute statutory audits for listed and unlisted companies.

• Perform substantive procedures for key financial areas (revenues, expenses, inventory, fixed assets, provisions, etc.).

• Test of Controls (TOC) and analytical procedures.

• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and Standards on Auditing (SAs).

• Draft working papers, audit documentation, and reporting deliverables.

• Coordinate with clients for audit evidence and resolution of queries.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of audit methodology (internal & statutory).

• Working knowledge of Ind AS, SAs, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax.

• Hands-on experience in substantive & controls testing.

• Exposure to ERP/accounting systems.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Strong client communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Profile

• Chartered Accountant with more than a years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit and/or Statutory Audit.

• Prior experience in consulting/audit firms (Big Four or mid-sized firms) will be an added advantage.

• Exposure to multiple industries (manufacturing, trading, services, energy, etc.).

  Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
