Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the company’s overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including day-to-day data entry of income, expenses, bank transactions, etc.

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and TDS returns in compliance with Indian tax regulations.

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and customer receivables.

• Support statutory and internal audits, including the preparation of necessary reports and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws.

• Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher; CA Inter / M.Com preferred.

• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a mid-size or large Indian company.

• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and accounting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, BUSY or ERP systems

• Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
