Job Title: Accounts Executive

About Us

We are a Chartered Accountancy firm providing comprehensive services in taxation, auditing, accounting, Debt Syndication and Subsidies. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive with a strong background in accounting and compliance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts in accounting softwares.

• Preparation and finalization of accounts (Individuals, Firms, Companies).

• Filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.

• Assistance in statutory & tax audits.

• Bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable management.

• Preparation of MIS reports and other financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordination with clients for data, documents, and clarifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Semi-qualified CA/Inter CA OR Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce .

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation (Experience in CA firm preferred).

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools.

• Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Attention to detail, analytical ability, and ability to meet deadlines.
