Job Title: Accounts Executive

Position Summary: You will be working as an accounts executive along with 2 existing team members. The job includes full time involvement in the following activities:

1) Day to day accounting of operations

2) GST Return workings, filings and reconciliations

3) TDS workings, filings, reconciliations and Form 16 and Form 16A generation

4) Payroll manual preparation and processing with statutory dues

5) PF, PT, ESI workings, filings and reconciliations

6) Co-ordination with external auditor to complete yearly audit

7) Payment Gateway and wallet reconciliations

The job may exceed the list of activities mentioned above as per real time demands.

You might also be required to visit the GST, Income tax or labour offices as and when required.  

 Qualifications:

Education: CA-Inter, CA-Final

Experience: 0-1 year experience

Skills: Proficient in Excel (Basic formulas like vlookup are mandatory), Tally, Zoho books

Attributes: High integrity, willing to take initiative, able to prioritize work as per requirement
