Job Title: Accountant Executive

Job Description:

Gubbacci Apparel Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience in accounting. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and practical experience in Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Working on Zoho Books for daily accounting entries

• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• Handling TDS calculation, deduction, and filing

• Maintaining books of accounts and ledger entries

• Bank reconciliation statements

• Vendor and customer reconciliation

• Assisting in monthly and year-end closing activities

• Coordinating with auditors and consultants

• Ensuring statutory compliance as per company policies

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books

• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel

• Good analytical and communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts

• Apparel / manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage
