Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: Near Rajendra Place Metro / Naraina Metro, Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with hands-on experience in billing and taxation. The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software, Tally, and complete command over e-Invoicing, e-Way Bills, and GST billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate sales invoices using Busy Software and Tally

• Create and manage e-Invoices as per GST compliance

• Generate and track e-Way Bills

• Ensure proper GST calculation (CGST, SGST, IGST)

• Maintain billing records, ledgers, and daily reports

• Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for billing accuracy

• Handle debit/credit notes and invoice corrections

• Ensure compliance with all statutory billing requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Billing Executive

• Strong command over Busy Accounting Software

• Good working knowledge of Tally

• Hands-on experience with e-Invoice and e-Way Bill portals

• Clear understanding of GST billing and compliance

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle daily billing volumes independently

• Candidate residing near Rajendra Place / Naraina

• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
