We are looking for an Accountant to join our team. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹12000 - ₹18000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Assistant and Adminstrator

  1. client account maintaining

  2. payment follow ups

  3. Entry Positing

  4. ledger reconsiliations

  5. maintaining petty cash books

• 1. Manage and distribute incoming calls and emails

  2. making Price list, Basic Website Lisiting , making Quotation , sales orders etc

  3. Assist the finance department with basic bookkeeping, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.

  4. Assist the Dispatch department for Dispatching

  5. payment Follow-ups

  6. Follow up with maintainace teams and renewal of AMCs for the services rendered

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 4 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
