Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Jasola, New Delhi

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The role involves team management, handling GST and TDS compliances, preparing financial statements, and supporting management with budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis, including e-commerce accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely closure

• Handle all GST-related compliances, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and Annual Returns

• Manage TDS compliances, deductions, filings, and reconciliations

• Prepare and finalize Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets

• Develop and monitor budgets and perform financial forecasting, including P&L forecasting

• Perform data analysis related to sales, costs, margins, and profitability

• Manage sales data, including profit and loss calculations

• Handle e-commerce accounting, reconciliations, and platform reports

• Oversee debtors and creditors management, including follow-ups and ageing analysis

• Manage vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for financial reviews

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com/CA-Inter preferred

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in a senior role

• Strong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

• Proven experience in team handling and leadership

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Exposure to e-commerce accounting is highly desirable

• Strong working knowledge of accounting software (Tally preferred) and MS Excel
