Maintain day-to-day accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoice management.
Prepare bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and track company expenses.
Support in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings and compliance with statutory regulations.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all accounting transactions.
Work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with good accounting knowledge may apply).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
