Job Description – Accountant

Company: Building Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Langre Ki Chowki, Agra
Position: Accountant / Junior Accountant
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day office accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and General Ledger.

• Record and manage financial transactions using ERP Tally.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.

• Handle import–export documentation, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation related to international trade.

• Coordinate with banks for LC (Letter of Credit), foreign remittances, and export incentives.

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management.

• Support audit processes by maintaining accurate financial records.

• Prepare MIS reports for management review.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).

• Experience: 2–5 years in accounting, with exposure to import–export accounting preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP Tally and MS Excel.

  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Import/Export regulations.

  • Ability to manage accounts independently.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Work Schedule

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Days: Monday to Saturday
