The Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day accounting activities related to exhibitions and events, including billing, vendor payments, expense tracking, and GST compliance.
Maintain books of accounts (sales, purchase, cash, bank)
Prepare event-wise costing and expense tracking
Handle vendor bills, verification, and payments
Raise client invoices and follow up on payments
Maintain petty cash for events and exhibitions
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Assist in GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Maintain proper documentation for audits
Coordinate with project and operations teams
B.Com / M.Com / equivalent
1–3 years of experience (events/exhibitions preferred)
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
Basic knowledge of GST & TDS
Good Excel and communication skills.
