Is a boutique advisory and consulting firm started by the team who has hands-on experience of working with the startup companies, Private Equity / Venture Capital Funds etc. in the field of accounts, compliance, due diligence, valuations, transaction advisory etc.

Job Profile

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Maintain the accounts of the private limited company/LLP/Funds in Tally and corresponding documentation.

2. TDS payment, issuing certificate, TDS return filing

3. GST compliance – payment, return filing, reconciliation

4. Banking operations, reconciliation and Payroll processing

5. Prepare the monthly MIS for the management and annual Budget

6. Preparing financial statement (including depreciation, tax computation, deferred tax etc) of private limited company, LLP and coordinate with the auditor for the audit completion.

7. Annual Income tax filing.

8. People Management –Interaction with client and team members

9. To take the above task independently and / or assisting the team wherever required.

10. Assisting seniors in Fund accounting & compliance for AIF clients & Valuation working.
