Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries including billing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, expenses, and client accounts.
Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients for follow-ups, payment reminders, and basic inquiries.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding client requirements and order status.
Prepare basic financial and administrative reports.
Support management with routine administrative tasks.
Ensure timely communication and proper documentation of records.
Working Hours:
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Preferred Skills (optional – you may include if needed):
Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally/Excel preferred)
Good communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
