Job Description

CCTV & IT Support Technician

Day Task Solutions is hiring a skilled CCTV & IT Support Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security and networking systems for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras.

Install and maintain Biometric Attendance and Access Control Systems.

Configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN, and networking devices.

Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, and computer hardware/software issues.

Perform preventive maintenance and AMC service visits.

Configure remote viewing on mobile and desktop devices.

Prepare service reports and update job status.

Visit customer locations for installation and technical support.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.

1–3 years of experience in CCTV or IT support.

Knowledge of IP networking, LAN, routers, and Windows.

Ability to travel for field service.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
