Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support & Automation Engineer responsible for installation, configuration, programming, and post-installation support of smart home and building automation systems.

This is a field + technical role, requiring both execution capability and client-facing professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Installation & Execution

Install and commission:
- Home Automation Systems (wired/wireless)
- Smart Lighting, Dimming Systems
- Motorised Curtains & Blinds
- CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- Networking (Wi-Fi, Access Points, Routers)
- Smart Door Locks & Video Door Phones
Coordinate with:
- Electricians
- Interior designers
- Site contractors

💻 Programming & Integration

Configure and program:
- Automation controllers & touch panels
- Mobile app interfaces (iOS/Android)
- Scenes (lighting, mood, schedules)
Integrate multiple systems:
- Lighting + HVAC + AV + Security
Basic networking setup:
- IP addressing
- Router configuration
- VLANs (preferred)

🧪 Testing & Commissioning

Perform system testing & troubleshooting
Ensure seamless user experience
Prepare handover documentation
Train clients on system usage

🎧 Technical Support & Maintenance

Provide on-site and remote support
Diagnose faults and resolve quickly
Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
Maintain service logs

🎓 Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / BE in:
- Electronics / Electrical / IT / Mechatronics
