4. Experience Required: 1–3 years (Duplicator/Printer industry background Preferred)

5. Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month + Bonus/Incentives

6. Industry: Inkjet Printers & Duplicators

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and skilled executive. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the duplicator/printer industry and should be comfortable managing technical and field work.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support—

1. Provide technical assistance to customer/channel partners on inkjet printers and duplicator machines.

2. Conduct product demonstrations on product installation & configuration.

3. Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex problem resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Basic understanding of inkjet printers, copier machines, and basic troubleshooting.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

3. Ability to handle both technical and sales responsibilities.

4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

5. Comfortable with field sales, frequent dealer visits, and market mapping.

6. Basic technical understanding of products to support sales discussions.
