About QAble
QAble is looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, end-user devices, and overall IT operations while providing timely technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Administration
Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and networking equipment.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and preventive maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and capacity improvements.
Network Administration
Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and internet connectivity.
Monitor network performance and coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
Server Administration
Administer Windows and Linux servers.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, file servers, patch management, storage, RAID, and server health monitoring.
Microsoft 365 Administration
Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, licensing, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user administration.
Information Security
Manage endpoint protection, antivirus solutions, firewalls, encryption, backup systems, disaster recovery, and security compliance.
Helpdesk & Technical Support
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, email, printers, and networking issues.
Ensure timely ticket resolution within defined SLAs.
Software & License Management
Install, configure, update, and maintain software applications.
Monitor software licensing compliance and conduct periodic audits.
IT Asset Management
Maintain IT asset inventory, allocation records, recovery, and periodic asset audits.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Prepare laptops, desktops, email accounts, Microsoft 365 access, and required software for new employees.
Disable user access and recover IT assets during employee separation.
Vendor & Procurement Management
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, AMC renewals, software subscriptions, warranties, and quotations.
Documentation
Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, asset registers, backup reports, disaster recovery plans, configuration documents, and incident reports.
Continuous Improvement
Recommend infrastructure enhancements, automation opportunities, and technology upgrades to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Diploma holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
1–4 years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Infrastructure Administrator, or similar role.
Experience in an IT Services or Software Development company will be an added advantage.
