Position: System Admin
· Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and system performance.
· Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking equipment.
· Provide technical support to office and site teams, ensuring minimal downtime.
· Manage user accounts, access controls, data backups, and system security.
· Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, AMC, repairs, and service support.
· Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, biometric attendance, EPABX, and other tech infrastructure used across project sites.
· Handle network connectivity for multiple project locations and ensure secure data flow.
· Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
· Implement cybersecurity practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
· Support implementation of ERP/CRM systems used in the real estate domain.
· Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for new site offices and corporate expansions.
· Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
· Proven experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
· Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches.
· Experience with data backup solutions, antivirus, VPN, and cloud environments.
· Hands-on experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and networking tools.
· Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
· Ability to support multiple sites and handle field visits when required.
· Experience in the 3 – 4 yrs.
· Knowledge of ERP systems (Real Estate CRM/Project Management tools).
· Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or similar (added advantage).
