System Administrator & Vendor Management Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator & Vendor Management Executive to manage IT infrastructure, ensure smooth system operations, and coordinate with technology vendors and service providers. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, vendor coordination skills, and the ability to maintain efficient IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and workstations.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

• Monitor system performance, security, backups, and network availability.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.

• Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, and patch management.

• Support cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS.

• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are implemented.

Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT vendors and service providers.

• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.

• Track vendor performance and resolve service-related issues.

• Negotiate pricing, support agreements, and delivery timelines.

• Maintain vendor documentation and procurement records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in System Administration and Vendor Management.

• Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), ITIL, Azure Administrator, or AWS are preferred.
