••Overall Job Objective:•• The Systems Officer implements and maintains IDS-based TOM processes to support distributor strategies, enhancing sales volume, RPS distribution, and pricing efficiency.

••REQUIREMENTS:••

- ••Education:•• Graduate with a diploma in Computers or relevant software/hardware knowledge.

- ••Experience:•• Experience in Van Balancing and Accounts Receivable maintenance.

- ••Language:•• Proficiency in English and the local language.

- ••Key Criteria:•• Strong problem-solving skills; willingness to work in shifts.

••RESPONSIBILITIES:••

1. ••Database Maintenance:••

- Maintain accuracy in Item, Price, and Customer Masters.

- Ensure compliance with transaction procedures and report accuracy.

2. ••Purchase Order Generation:••

- Enter 100% of MAS/OSDO orders by 5:30 PM and update the Van Load Guide.

3. ••Total Order Management:••

- Ensure accurate orders, invoices, and credit memos.

4. ••Accounts Receivable:••

- Maintain accurate entries for MAS and OSDO remittances.

5. ••Decision Support:••

- Post transactions and generate reports accurately and on time.

6. ••IT Support:••

- Ensure printers and PCs are operational with necessary supplies available.

7. ••Daily Maintenance:••

- Perform daily posting, backups, and virus checks.
