Job Title: System Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. The role involves ensuring system availability, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end-users in a secure and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Windows Server environments.

• Handle Active Directory (AD) operations including user creation, group policy management, and access control.

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, systems, and networks.

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls and network security settings.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Perform system backups, updates, and patch management.

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT support and upgrades.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD).

• Experience with firewall configuration and network security.

• Understanding of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019).

• Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing).

• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V preferred).

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).

• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Microsoft certifications.

• Experience in IT support or system administration roles.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
