System Admin

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring smooth system operations, server management, network security, user support, and coordination with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and system software

• Monitor system performance, uptime, backups, and security

• Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and antivirus systems

• Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery planning

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and AMC

• Maintain system documentation and reports

• Provide technical support to internal teams

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS administration

• Server, network, and firewall management

• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and email server management

• Backup and recovery tools

• Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers)

• Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure – preferred)

• Good documentation and communication skills

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
