Description:

Qualification:

Graduate (Non-Engineering) with min 1 Year Diploma course in IT Hardware & Networking.

3 Years Diploma – ECE / IT

Graduate in Science - BSc - Phy , BSc – IT / Networking

Basic knowledge on computer Network & Hardware.

Self-motivated and ready to work extended hours

Hands-on experience in IT hardware / Network On field work – need to visit and work closely with Test center staffsStrong communication skills

1. Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR,

IP networks).

2. Ability to resolve L3 techical issues

3. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows)

4. Ability to work under pressure and remain alert for extended periods.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV

6. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email).
