Job Description

We are hiring a Solar Installation Supervisor to manage and supervise on-site solar installation projects in Jaipur.

The role involves site supervision, team coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in solar installation supervision or senior technician role
Strong knowledge of on-grid / off-grid / hybrid solar systems
Ability to read SLD and layout drawings
Experience handling site teams and daily reporting
Comfortable with field-based work

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E preferred
