Job Purpose

Site Supervisor ki primary responsibility site par labour ko effectively manage karna, daily work allocate karna, workers se planned target ke according kaam karwana aur site ka work timely aur proper quality ke saath complete karwana hai.

Key Responsibilities

1. Labour Management

• Daily site par available labour ki attendance aur manpower check karna.

• Labour ko unki skill aur work requirement ke according daily work assign karna.

• Mistri, helper, skilled aur unskilled labour ko properly manage karna.

• Labour ki productivity monitor karna aur ensure karna ki koi worker unnecessarily idle na rahe.

• Labour discipline, punctuality aur site rules maintain karwana.

• Required manpower ki planning karna aur shortage hone par senior ko inform karna.

2. Work Execution

• Daily work target plan karna aur labour ko clearly samjhana.

• Labour se proper method aur instructions ke according kaam karwana.

• Daily target ko time par complete karwana.

• Site par ongoing work ki regular checking karna.

• Agar work mein koi problem ya delay ho raha ho to immediately identify karke solution ke liye senior ko inform karna.

3. Quality Control

• Labour ke dwara kiye ja rahe work ki quality check karna.

• Drawing, specification aur site instructions ke according work karwana.

• Galat ya defective work ko identify karke correct/rectify karwana.

• Material ka unnecessary wastage control karna.

4. Material & Tools Management

• Daily work ke liye required material aur tools ki requirement check karna.

• Material time par available hai ya nahi, iska follow-up karna.

• Labour ko tools aur materials ka proper use karne ke liye guide karna.

• Material wastage aur misuse ko control karna.

5. Safety & Discipline

• Site par safety rules follow karwana.

• Labour ko required PPE use karne ke liye ensure karna.

• Unsafe working conditions ko immediately report aur rectify karwana.

• Site par proper housekeeping aur discipline maintain karwana.

6. Daily Reporting

• Daily labour attendance aur manpower report maintain karna.

• Daily work progress ka record maintain karna.

• Completed work aur pending work ki report senior ko dena.

• Next day ke work aur labour requirement ki planning karna.

• Site par labour, material ya work-related issues ko timely report karna.

• Daily target achieve karwane ki ability.

• Basic understanding of construction/site work.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, construction, labour management or project execution preferred.
