Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Executive – Implementation & Success to provide technical and application support to customers. The candidate will help resolve user issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth product functionality and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues related to software and applications through phone, email, and chat.
Provide alternative solutions to customer problems.
Troubleshoot software, mobile devices, Android versions, and operating system issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Identify product bugs and report them to the development and QA teams.
Understand customer requirements and prioritize issues based on business impact.
Coordinate with system integrators to ensure smooth product integration.
Provide on-site customer support whenever required.
Conduct end-to-end testing of reported issues and assist with backend support.
Required Skills
Basic technical and application troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues.
Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel to customer locations for on-site support.
Eligibility
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
Diploma, B.Sc., BCA, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
