We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team Laser Telesystems Pvt Ltd to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of 15k-18k and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Commissioning • Install, configure, and commission of All products • Conduct functional testing, verification, and performance checks to ensure successful commissioning as per standards. • Coordinate with project teams for site readiness, technical rollouts, and smooth deployment of new projects or system upgrades.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and ensure reliability. • Diagnose and resolve faults related to Company products service and systems. • Respond promptly to service calls, provide on-site and remote support, and maintain service tools, spares, and technical documentation.
3. Technical Support & Customer Service • Deliver timely technical support with clear communication to customers during issue resolution. • Provide follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime. • Maintain accurate records of technical issues, service history, repairs, and configurations in CRM/service tools.
4. Customer Training & Demonstration • Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training for clients, end-users, and technical staff. • Train customers on system usage, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting to reduce post installation support needs. • Build strong customer confidence in products and services.
