Job Role

We are hiring Wi-Fi/Broadband Installation Engineers for Airtel. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations for Airtel Wi-Fi installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and service-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and activate Airtel Wi-Fi/Broadband connections at customer locations.

- Configure routers, ONT/ONU and related broadband equipment.

- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, fiber and connectivity-related issues.

- Visit customer premises as per assigned service requests.

- Complete installation and service requests within the defined TAT.

- Explain basic Wi-Fi/router usage to customers.

- Maintain proper installation and service records.

- Follow Airtel's technical, safety and customer-service guidelines.

- Achieve daily assigned installation/service targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Graduate OR ITI/Diploma qualification.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Own Bike & Valid Driving Licence are Mandatory.

- Basic knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi and technical troubleshooting preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to work in a field-based role across Delhi NCR.
