Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day desktop and system support to users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and basic IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, network connectivity, and user issues.
Perform basic LAN/Wi-Fi and connectivity troubleshooting.
Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic access-related issues.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and support documentation.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team.
Ensure timely resolution of user complaints and service requests.
Follow client IT policies, security guidelines, and support procedures.
Maintain professional communication while working directly with client users.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
Good understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
Knowledge of printers and other IT peripherals.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently at a client site.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Qualification
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
