Job Summary

We are looking for an R&D Engineer to work on the research, design, development, testing, and improvement of electronic products and systems. The candidate will support new product development, troubleshoot technical issues, and help improve existing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop new electronic products and solutions.

• Design, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and hardware.

• Work on PCB design, circuit testing, and prototype development.

• Support product development, testing, validation, and quality improvement.

• Identify technical problems and implement effective solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, BOMs, and product specifications.

• Coordinate with the hardware, software, and production teams.

• Conduct product performance and reliability testing.

• Support innovation and continuous improvement of existing products.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electronics fundamentals and electronic circuits.

• Understanding of analog and digital electronics.

• Knowledge of PCB design and testing tools is preferred.

• Basic understanding of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and sensors.

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of testing instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

• Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics Engineering is mandatory.

• Candidates must be willing to work from the Bhopal office.

• Practical knowledge of electronics projects and testing will be an advantage.
