We are looking for a result-oriented Project Manager with strong experience in •building repair,
structural rehabilitation, waterproofing and civil construction• to independently manage multiple
projects and sites.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring •timely completion,
quality, cost control and client satisfaction•. The role requires strong leadership, planning and
execution skills, with hands-on responsibility for Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors,
contractors and labour teams.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously and ensure execution as per approved schedules,
specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, material requirements and recovery
plans for delayed projects.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly progress and take corrective action to achieve project targets.
Ensure timely measurements, RA Bills, Final Bills and quantity statements; track WO Quantity vs.
Executed vs. Billed vs. Balance Quantity•.
• Identify additional/extra works and ensure proper measurement, approval and billing.
• Lead and monitor project/site teams, contractors and labour, ensuring productivity, discipline and
accountability.
• Coordinate with Purchase and site teams to ensure timely availability and efficient consumption of
materials.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, testing, inspection and quality; minimize rework
and wastage.
• Act as the primary coordination point with clients, consultants and society representatives; attend
meetings and resolve project-related issues promptly.
Review project MIS and provide management with clear updates on progress, billing, collections,
manpower, materials, quality, delays and client issues•.
• Ensure proper project documentation, measurements, photographs, approvals, and
correspondence and completion records.
• Drive project closure, snag rectification, final inspection, certification, Final Bill, No-Dues and
handover.
• Contribute to business development by securing client feedback, testimonials and references after
successful project completion.
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on professional who can take complete ownership of projects, lead
teams effectively, solve site-level problems independently and deliver projects with a strong focus
on time, quality, cost and client satisfaction.
Preference: Candidates with proven experience specifically in •building repair, structural
rehabilitation and waterproofing projects• will be given preference.
