Job Summary:
Sinro Robotics Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 year of experience in coordinating electronics or engineering projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and effective communication across teams. The Project Coordinator will act as a central point of contact for project activities, optimize workflows, support teams, and also handle IT management and procurement for projects and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1.  Project Coordination & Monitoring
•  Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
•  Coordinate activities across engineering, testing, and management teams.
•  Identify risks or delays and escalate issues appropriately.
2.  Team Support & Communication
•  Assist in team task allocation and workflow management.
•  Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams.
•  Support project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
3.  Documentation & Reporting
•  Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
•  Generate insights and updates for management to support decision-making.
4.  Process Improvement
•  Suggest improvements to project coordination and workflow processes.
•  Support teams in smooth execution of tasks and project goals.
5.  IT Management
•  Maintain and manage office IT infrastructure including computers, printers, and network devices.
•  Ensure software installations, updates, and licenses are current and compliant.
•  Provide support to staff for IT-related issues and troubleshooting.
•  Maintain an inventory of IT assets and coordinate maintenance or upgrades.
6.  Procurement & Vendor Management
•  Coordinate procurement of project-related materials, electronics components, and office supplies.
•  Identify and negotiate with vendors for best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
•  Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and budget tracking.
•  Ensure timely availability of resources to avoid project delays.
Qualifications & Skills:
•  Bachelor’s degree or a related field.(preferably electronics background)
•  Minimum 1-2  year of experience in project coordination or similar role.
•  Strong communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
•  Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
•  Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
•  Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Candidate:
•  Experience in electronics or hardware development projects.
•  Exposure to IT management and procurement processes.
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
