Job Description This is a lead position for which we want the candidate to be able to lead from the front and pioneer activities/tasks in the team. Add value to our current processes. Job Description: The resource will provide Middleware Tier 2.5 level of support and will support the containerized applications running on Kubernetes, Dockers, Apache, Tomcat, WAS, IIS, Container platform on Cloud (AWS EKS) middleware technologies. As a lead, need to support production environment by pro-actively monitoring and quickly responding to middleware incidents for one or more technologies within the technical area of expertise. Frequently collaborate with vendor/contractor partners to develop and implement detailed design, configuration and engineering strategies/solutions to resolve issues/incidents while remaining focused on security, up-time and performance. Provide troubleshooting and resolution to routine/semi-complex problems. Must have skills: AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins Good to have skills: Apache, Tomcat, WAS, IIS Support Shifts: Shift will be rotational out of the following two ( 8 AM IST to 4:30 PM IST, 2 PM IST to 1030 PM IST). It will be a support role with demands to accomplish automation needs of the project. In-Office Collaboration We are a client-centric, relationship-based business.
