Security Professional Job Req ID: Posting Date: Function: Location: Salary: About the role The Network Engineering Professional 2 supports delivery and capacity planning of activities across complex network environments. The role combines data-driven decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure operations. What you’ll be doing 1. Supports the delivery of routine activities and is accountable for system design, build, testing, validation, maintenance, and ongoing support of all network infrastructure components. 2. Oversees platform health and performance, coordinating infrastructure capacity and build requirements to meet evolving service demands. 3. Develops and maintains forecasting models using complex datasets to support strategic planning and investment decisions. 4. Identifies opportunities to optimise network scaling and infrastructure deployment, balancing performance, cost, and commercial impact. 5. Applies data science and automation tools to analyse trends, monitor thresholds, and inform platform strategy. 6. Manages the lifecycle of network platforms, including roadmap coordination, delivery planning, and in-life service optimisation. 7. Leads stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners, chairing forums and managing escalations to ensure alignment and delivery. 8. Supports the implementation of new technologies and systems, contributing to platform upgrades, service enhancements, and regulatory compliance. 9. Responds to customer support requests and operational incidents, ensuring timely resolution and continuous service improvement. 10. Maintains compliance with safety, quality, and audit standards, contributing to secure and reliable infrastructure operations. 11. Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing processes, tools, and methodologies to drive operational efficiency and platform evolution.
