Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and security of network systems while providing timely resolution of incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network performance and availability using NOC tools and dashboards
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents (L1/L2 support)
Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as required
Maintain incident logs, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
Ensure adherence to SLAs and incident response timelines
Support network configuration changes and patch updates
Work in 24x7 shift rotation (if required)
Technical Skills Required:
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Knowledge of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Zabbix)
Understanding of VPN, VLAN, and network security fundamentals
Basic troubleshooting skills for connectivity and performance issues
Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Certifications such as CCNA / Network+ (preferred but not mandatory)

Good communication and documentation abilities
