Job Description: Fiber Field Engineer / Installation Engineer

Role: Responsible for the installation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) connections, setting up routers, and providing broadband maintenance for customers .
Location: KOLKATA, NORTH KOLKATA,CENTRAL KOLKATA,SOUTH KOLKATA,HOWRAH
Employment Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Setup: Install fiber optic cables, configure Wi-Fi routers, and activate services at customer premises.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair broadband connectivity issues, including fiber splicing and cable laying.
- Customer Service: Explain equipment usage, ensure high-quality service, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- TAT Management: Meet company-defined Turnaround Times (TAT) for new installations and service complaints.
- Documentation: Update daily work reports via company applications.
