Job Description

POSITION / DESIGNATION- Splicers

Department - Technical- RF

CTC- 3.5 to 4.2 LPA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Install, maintain & troubleshoot network Issue.

2 Monitor various parameters like Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR), Flap-list & trace

the RF spectrum for ingress source

3 Monitor network health, schedule proactive network maintenance.

4 Attend to modem / fibre customer complaints
5 Resolve Network, optical nodes & RF amplifiers issues.

6 To submit details of material installed in network

7 Co-ordinate with Call cord for closure network activities.

8 Route last mile cable from distribution point to modem location, testing

of RF parameters inside the customer’s residence

Behavioural Competency: Enthusiastic and Proactive, Good Communication and Interpersonal skills, Demonstrated Team Player attitude, Ability to effectively manage customer relationships.
