Job Description:
We are hiring for an International Voice Process for Network Support and Customer Service. The role involves handling international customer queries and providing technical assistance related to networking issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
Provide technical support for network-related issues
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, routers, modems, and related technologies
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory
Candidates must have a technical background such as BCA, B.Tech, or BE (Electronics and Communication or related field)
Certifications like CCNA or Cisco will be an added advantage
Good understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, routers, and modems
Strong communication skills in English
