Key Requirements
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT/Desktop Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS support.
• Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting.
Education Qualification:
• BE / ME / B.Tech / M.Tech
• B.Sc IT / M.Sc IT
• BCA / MCA
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure all PCs and laptops have the required patches and updates installed.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
• Provide desktop and laptop support to internal users.
• Set up and configure new laptops and desktops.
• Install authorized software on laptops and desktops.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding for system issues.
• Support internal user movement and workstation setup.
• Provide support for Mac and Windows systems.
• Assist users during Video Conferences (VC) and presentations.
• Handle small to medium IT projects as assigned by the IT Manager (e.g., PC refresh, OS upgrades, software upgrades).
• Perform additional IT support tasks as required by the IT Manager.
